Shipping Policy

Last updated: 9 October 2026. Retail orders ship from Guangzhou, China. The available delivery destinations and final shipping charge are shown at checkout before payment. Wholesale delivery is quoted and agreed separately.

Standard shipping rates

Our current standard shipping charges are per order in US dollars:

• Hong Kong and Macau: USD 5.90
• Japan, South Korea, and Singapore: USD 9.90
• United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand: USD 19.90
• Other checkout-eligible destinations: USD 14.90

We do not currently offer a free-shipping threshold. If a destination or shipping option is unavailable at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.

Order preparation and delivery

We aim to hand in-stock retail orders to the carrier within 3–5 business days after payment, excluding weekends and public holidays. If an order needs more time, we will contact you using the email address on the order. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination, carrier, and customs processing; we cannot guarantee a delivery date. We will send tracking details when they become available from the carrier.

Duties and import taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or carrier clearance fees charged by the destination. Unless checkout expressly shows these charges as collected, they may be requested from the recipient by the carrier or local authority. Shipping charges shown at checkout should not be assumed to include import charges. Please check your local requirements before ordering.
