Last updated: 9 October 2026. These terms apply to retail purchases from the Veroak Leather online store. Please read the product details, shipping policy, and returns policy before ordering. Wholesale orders are subject to the separate terms agreed in writing before payment.

Products and orders

We describe each bag using the product information available for that style. Please review the selected colour, model, price, and delivery address before submitting an order. Styled or AI-assisted editorial images may appear alongside original product photos; refer to the original product photos and written specifications for the actual colour and construction. If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will contact you and arrange a refund for the unavailable item.

Prices and payment

Product prices are shown in the store's displayed currency. The applicable item price and shipping charge are shown at checkout before payment. Payment is processed using the methods offered at checkout. Any currency conversion or bank fee charged by your payment provider is outside our control.

Shipping, import charges, and returns

Delivery destinations, shipping charges, order preparation, and import-charge information are explained in our Shipping Policy. Retail return requests and refunds are covered by our Returns & Refunds policy. Any mandatory rights under applicable law take priority over these store terms.
